We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our Bista team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing and treating individuals with behavioral issues, primarily focusing on patients with autism spectrum disorder.

Your morning begins with purpose: reviewing client programs, supporting RBTs during sessions, collaborating with caregivers, and coordinating with our onsite Speech and Occupational Therapy teams. At Bista, we prioritize quality care and clinical decision-making over productivity metrics.

Your day includes:

  • Conducting assessments and refining individualized treatment plans
  • Providing real-time coaching and feedback to RBTs
  • Collaborating with families and on-site interdisciplinary team members to ensure consistency across settings
  • Documenting progress thoughtfully and adjusting programs based on data
  • Controlling your own schedule to balance direct clinical work with essential planning time
