Field Service Technician – Water Meters

You don’t need to be an expert on day one. If you show up, work hard, and want to learn, we’ll teach you the rest. 

Compensation: $18-$24 hourly

Schedule: Schedules may vary based on projects, but most of the time you’ll work either four 10‑hour days or a standard Monday–Friday, 8‑hour schedule.

• Full-time role with a steady, predictable schedule year-round! 
• This role includes compensated travel, and occasional weekends.
  • If working weekends, this is an opportunity for overtime, or we offer a flex option when appointments are scheduled and you desire to stay at your normal full-time hours.

Responsibilities: 

• Perform field tests to verify meter functionality and accuracy
• Install, adjust, and troubleshoot small water meters
• Record and maintain detailed documentation (test results, service records, etc.)
  

Qualifications:  

• Valid driver’s license  
• No previous experience required we provide on the job training. 
• Demonstrates mechanical proficiency, precision in completing tasks, and a dedication to safe work practices  
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to follow detailed technical guidance 
  
• High school diploma or equivalent is a plus but not required 

Location: This is a field-based position, covering Tucson and the surrounding areas.
