We're actively seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our rehab team at Splendido at Rancho Vistoso, a gorgeous, sprawling continuing care retirement community in beautiful Oro Valley, AZ. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population while maintaining consistency in team and company culture.

In This Role, You Will:

• Perform evaluations and deliver patient-centered treatment for geriatric residents

• Design and adjust care plans to ensure the highest level of clinical outcomes

• Collaborate with facility staff and IDT members to support overall patient care

• Supervise at least one PTA, offering guidance, support, and mentorship

We're Looking For:

• A licensed Physical Therapist (or license-eligible) in the state of Arizona

• A clinician with strong communication skills, clinical judgment, and a heart for the elderly

• Someone who is organized, self-directed, and thrives in a collaborative setting

• Prior SNF or geriatric care experience is a plus (but not required)
