RV Sales Consultant

Description

As our Sales Professional, you will use your sales talents to build and maintain customer relationships through a non-pressure, consultative selling process of campers & RVs. These valued relationships and product offerings will create family fun & memories that last a lifetime. Every day you will use your sales abilities to help customers select the best unit for their needs; present and sell other value-added options; perform feature, function and benefit demonstrations to customers; and work with other Hilltop Camper and RV departments to ensure customer experience is the highest quality.

• Displays passion about building relationships including following up with both current customers, internet leads, and walk-in traffic
• Delivers on the promises made to the customer
• Will work 4 weekdays and Saturdays
• Excels when working as a team
• Communicates effectively both verbally and in writing
• Can lift/push/pull 50lbs on occasion to demonstrate product

Sales experience in the auto or RV/camper industry is not required, but it is helpful/preferred. We want someone with a very engaging personality who is driven to sell!
