Richman Property Services, Inc., is currently seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. Are you a community-inspired, passion-driven individual with a can-do attitude? If so, we want you on our team!


Position: Maintenance Technician 

Location: Lincoln Village. Our 61 unit residential community located in Oroville, CA. 


Key Qualifications:

  • Two or more years of maintenance experience in a residential community environment Preferred 
  • EPA I & II or EPA Universal
  • Experience with Yardi property management software products 
  • On call rotation

Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily repair and upkeep of the property
  • Prepare vacant units for occupancy within established deadlines
  • Manage service requests and ensure timely completion
  • Maintain compliance with OSHA standards and The Clean Air Act
  • Oversee inventory and care of tools and equipment
  • Complete required tasks such as training, logs, and reports in a timely manner
  • Uphold company policies and provide exceptional customer service
  • Seeking educational opportunities for personal growth and development
  • Assist in property preventative maintenance plan
  • Collaborate on maintaining curb appeal and cleanliness of buildings and grounds
  • Perform on-call duties and occasional overtime


Requirements:

  • Education:
    • High school diploma or GED; industry-related courses preferred
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of two (2) years of maintenance and general repair experience or Groundskeeper
    • Proficiency in maintenance tasks, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, etc.
    • Must own basic tools as allowed by state laws
    • Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws, including Fair Housing Laws
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently

  • Skills & Certifications:
    • EPA Section 608 Type I and II or Universal Technician license, strongly preferred
    • Proficient in English for communication and record-keeping purposes
