  • Days (7am-3:30pm – Monday-Friday)

 

Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age

  • Minimum high school graduate, GED, or equivalent work experience 

  • Eligible for employment in the US

  • Must have one of the following:

    • One (1) year experience in any of the following Maintenance Skill Areas: MILLWRIGHT, MACHINIST, LUBRICATION, WELDING, AUTOMOTIVE MAINTENANCE, or PIPEFITTING; OR

    • One (1) year vocational/technical education in the Maintenance Disciplines: MILLWRIGHT, MACHINIST, LUBRICATION, WELDING, AUTOMOTIVE MAINTENANCE, or PIPEFITTING

     

  • Must be willing to meet the following requirements:

    • Work in industrial conditions (may be warm/hot, dusty/dirty, around hazardous chemicals, noise, heavy machinery, elevated working surfaces, and confined spaces (with proper safety training and safety protection)

    • Undergo a drug screen for illicit use of drugs as a condition of employment

    • Undergo a job-related health assessment as a condition of employment

    • Submit to periodic drug screens as a condition of employment

    • Work any shift and/or a rotating shift schedule

    • Work overtime on a regular basis and with last minute notification

    • Work holidays and/or weekends on a regular basis

    • Wear required safety equipment

 

 

It is preferred that candidates have the following skills and/or experience(s): 

  • Associates degree or certification(s) in any IP Core Maintenance Skills or related disciplines (Millwright, Machinist, Lubrication, Welding, Automotive Maintenance, or Pipefitting)

  • Relevant work experience in an industrial environment.

  • Technical knowledge and experience with:

    • Pump repair and replacement

    • Repacking pumps and valves

    • Rigging

    • Repairing mechanical drive systems, rotating assemblies

    • Bearing installation, maintenance, and replacement 

    • Replacing motors, valves, and gaskets

    • Replacing and repairing cylinders

    • Production machine/equipment maintenance

    • Rotating equipment

    • Reading and interpreting blueprints, tables, graphs, and diagrams

    • Industrial safety procedures and equipment

    • Gear reducers

    • Oil seals

    • Basic welding

    • Forklift operation

    • Gears

    • Roll repair and replacement

    • Hydraulics/Pneumatics

    • Knowledge of mobile equipment

    • Product moving systems

    • Installing screw pipe and tubing

    • Steel fabrication

    • Pipefitting

    • Maintenance-related computers and software

    • Facility maintenance and repairs

    • Servicing vehicles
