Now Hiring: Speech Pathologist (Washington State)

Join a supportive school team as a full-time, on-site Speech-Language Pathologist providing maternity leave coverage from September through December. In this rewarding role, you will serve a preschool caseload of approximately 45 students, delivering high-quality speech-language services in a collaborative educational setting.

Responsibilities include conducting speech-language evaluations, providing direct therapy services, documenting student progress, completing required reports, and collaborating with teachers, families, and special education staff to support student success. You'll play an essential role in helping young learners strengthen their communication skills during this temporary assignment.

Clinical Fellows (CFYs) are encouraged to apply. Supervision and mentorship are available to support successful completion of the Clinical Fellowship and Washington licensure requirements.

Candidates must hold a master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or a related field from an accredited institution. School-based experience is preferred. Applicants must hold or be eligible to obtain a Washington State Speech-Language Pathologist license and ESA certification, successfully pass a background check, and be authorized to work in the United States. This is an on-site position, and candidates must be available to provide in-person services.
