Overview:

This position will require on the job training to understand the processes and inner workings of our industry. To be considered for the Production Supervisor Position position, the ideal candidate must possess the following Attributes and Skills.

Schedule:

Monday-Wednesday (6am-3:30 pm)

Thursday & Friday (6am-3pm)

Compensation:

Position is compensated based on knowledge and experience. Bi-weekly pay cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping of metal roofing products.

  • Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results

  • Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions

  • Accountable for maintaining a safe work environment by proactively identifying and correcting hazards, enforcing safety standards, ensuring proper training and communication, and driving a culture of safety through leadership, incident prevention, and continuous improvement.

  • Perform any other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Basic math skills.

Ability to follow verbal direction.

Ability to understand written policies and guidelines, specifications, and safety standards.

Mechanical aptitude to troubleshooting machine failures and make minor adjustments.

Ability to work in accordance with quality & safety, standards, policies and guidelines.

Must have previous Team Leadership experience in a production/manufacturing environment

Previous Manufacturing Experience

Forklift and Machine Operating experience a PLUS
