The Coach is responsible for leading and developing associates, driving business and operational performance, and delivering a positive customer experience. This role oversees day-to-day operations, establishes clear expectations, develops talent, and promotes accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Leadership & Team Development- Leads high-performing teams by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning responsibilities, setting clear expectations, providing performance feedback, recognizing achievements, and developing future leaders.
- Builds a culture of accountability, collaboration, and belonging where associates are empowered to perform at their best.
- Develops talent and succession plans by identifying growth opportunities, supporting career development, and preparing associates for advancement.

- Supports budgeting, forecasting, expense management, and other business activities appropriate to the assigned area of responsibility.
- Monitors key performance indicators and operational standards to identify opportunities to improve productivity, profitability, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensures effective execution of business priorities while balancing customer, associate, and operational needs.
- Uses data and business insights to make informed decisions and drive results.

The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
- Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)

Minimum Qualifications...

2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’ssupervisory experience.
For facilities that sell firearms, I acknowledge that the position for which I am applying will require successful completion of a firearms- specific
Criminal Background Check (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training.
For facilities that sell only ammunition and have state specific requirements, I acknowledge that the position for which I am applying may require a
current state issued Certificate of Eligibility.
Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open
Door trainings, etc.).
