FleetSide Ford is seeking an Administrative Sales Coordinator that plays a crucial role in our day-to-day operations. This involves handling various administrative duties, including strong organizational skills, self-motivated, and the ability to multitask. 

Duties:
·         Processing vehicle titles and supporting documents to state guidelines. 
·         Work with the Owner, Sales Team, Office Manager, Service & Parts to ensure processes run smoothly for day-to-day business operations. 
·         Be a go-to person by being cross-trained in dealership operations with a willingness to step in when needed. Greeting customers, answering phone calls, and replying to emails.
·         Maintaining our dealer management computer system (PBS) with accurate reporting of sales and inventory control. Stocking in inventory. Training will be provided. 
·         Reconciling Excel spreadsheets, payment schedules, and several other reports.
·         Oversee customer fleet management reports along with customer contact information.
·         To help organize company sponsored events like Golf Tournaments, In the Park events, and 4th July parade and marketing projects. 

Qualifications:
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft products. Email, Word, and Excel.
  • Exceptional communication and people skills. Bilingual would be a benefit.
  • Outstanding organizational skills.
  • Time management and ability to prioritize duties.
  • Must execute the highest level of attention to detail.
  • Must be able to retain training instruction and adapt to changes in processes. 
  • Valid driver’s license. (to run office errands)
Job Type/Schedule & Pay

·         Full Time (Monday – Friday) 8:00am to 4:30pm. 
·         Pay depends on experience.
·         Paid weekly.
