In this role, you’ll support families experiencing trauma or life challenges by providing guidance, transportation, and supervised family interactions. You’ll collaborate with parents, children, foster families, and other professionals who share a commitment to keeping families safe, supported, and connected.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Family Support Worker, you will:
- Provide transportation for families and children as needed
- Facilitate and supervise family interactions
- Provide crisis intervention and support services
- Coordinate and schedule meetings between families and FCS team members
- Complete accurate and timely case documentation
- Collaborate with a team dedicated to supporting and strengthening families

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of experience in human services working with children and/or dependent adults
Preferred qualifications, but not required:
- Associate degree with at least six months of relevant experience, or
- Bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field
Additional Requirements
- Ability to work independently, respond to emergencies, and meet deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Reliable internet access or ability to work from an office location
- Valid driver’s license
- Auto insurance with liability coverage and a safe driving record
