What You'll Be Doing

  • Building and maintaining complex Episerver/Optimizely eCommerce websites in a PCI Compliant environment
  • Writing clean, maintainable code and participating in peer code reviews
  • Creating flexible solutions that adapt to a highly dynamic and evolving business model
  • Working in an Agile environment through iterative development and open communication
  • Collaborating with business users, coworkers, and leadership to deliver great outcomes
  • Proactively learning and experimenting with the latest web technologies and best practices
  • Contributing to large-scale projects involving multiple developers, teams, and systems

What You'll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience (ideally 3–5 years)
  • Demonstrated skills in several of the following technologies:
    • C#, .Net, Vue3, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, AJAX, NuGet, jQuery
  • Solid understanding of:
    • Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
    • Styling and UI Development
    • eCommerce framework development
    • Source Control (Git, Visual Studio Source Control)
    • MVC architecture
    • Microsoft SQL Development
    • Mobile and Responsive Design (Bootstrap)
  • Strong desire to learn new skills quickly and put them to use
  • Ability to estimate accurately, plan ahead, and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills — with both technical and non-technical audiences

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with Agile Scrum
  • Experience with Build/Release Management
  • Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
  • Experience with MuleSoft integrations
  • Knowledge of SEO concepts
