Position Summary

The Offset Press Assistant helps with the set-up and operation of machines that print specialized customer designs on paper that is used to create carton packaging.  During machine operation this position changes press size using cassette system, performs web press make-ready functions, assists in mounting of printing plates on plate cylinders, in mounting of blankets on blanket and coating cylinders, perform rotary die cutter make-ready and startups per customer approved proofs, and other tasks as assigned.

Pay/Schedule

• $25.00 per hour
• $2.00 shift differential for nights
• 2^nd Shift (2:00 pm – 12:00 am), Monday-Thursday, flexibility for overtime is required.
