Position Summary

Supervises and coordinates activities of Great Northern-Oshkosh shift personnel, machinery and equipment operation, work methods, processes and environment including: orientation, training, evaluation, job performance counseling, discipline, time standards, safety and motivation as necessary or appropriate by performing the following duties.

Pay/Schedule

• $75,000 base salary.
• M-Th 6pm-4am. 11th hour added after training, will discuss in interview.
• Training schedule will be on Days before transitioning to Nights. 
• Required is flexibility with hours, weekend coverage every couple of months, and meetings outside of working hours when necessary.
