We are looking for a talented Quality Engineer to join our team specializing in Quality for our Cummins Inc. facility in Oshkosh, WI

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

Build strong cross-functional and supplier relationships to drive improved quality performance and align outcomes with business objectives.
Apply APQP, AIAG tools, and Cummins quality methodologies to enhance supplier manufacturing processes and ensure product consistency.
Support supplier audits and progressively lead low-risk audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and drive continuous improvement.
Contribute to root cause analysis and corrective action development to resolve supplier-related quality issues effectively.
Verify the effectiveness of corrective actions to ensure sustainable resolution of quality challenges.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to strengthen supplier capabilities.
Support quality performance planning for specific products or supplier segments to improve overall supply chain quality outcomes.
Progress toward independently leading low-complexity quality initiatives, audits, and improvement projects, increasing impact and ownership over time.
