Managers are responsible for all aspects of the operations as well as building a team to continue to meet both financial and operational excellence.聽 聽 聽 Job Duties 聽 路 Prepare dough 聽 路 Roll, shape and bake Cinnabon classic and Mini Bon rolls 聽 路 Frost and package Cinnabon rolls for sale 聽 路 Bake & package Bonbites, Cookies, Churro鈥檚 聽 路 Prep products for daily use (frosting, drink bases, caramel ) 聽 路 Prepare Drinks (Lemonade, Soda, Coffee & Specialty Drinks ) 聽 路 Exhibit Friendly, Courteous Attitude to Guest following acronym GUESTS 聽 Greet guests, urgency, eye contact, suggestive selling, thank you & smile in voice 聽 路 Work within a team to service the guest 聽 路 Operate cash register in accordance with policy 聽 路 Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks as directed 聽 路 Maintain a clean workspace by sanitizing workstations/ counter areas frequently 聽 路 Wash dishes & utensils throughout shift 聽 路 Break down, clean and put away equipment, utensils, dishes and supplies at closing 聽 路 Sweep / Mop floors throughout shift and at close 聽 路 Comply with Cinnabon/ V & J Foods dress code and personal appearance standards 聽 .
