As an embroidery shipping associate – 1^st shift, you make the 4imprint brand come alive by shipping customers their high-quality embroidered items and ensuring that our customers receive their items by their event date.

Here’s what a typical day might look like. (These are the essential functions of the job). Other duties may be assigned.

Demonstrate the eight core principles that guide every 4imprint teammate on a daily basis: Honesty, Curiosity, Collaboration, Flexibility, Accountability, Empathy, Positive Attitude, Humility.
Effectively interpret work orders and job aids to ensure accurate execution of job responsibilities.
Perform entire book out and shipping process for the Embroidery Department.
Following UPS and Federal Express shipping processes.
Accurately update shipping methods when required to meet event date.
Ability to physically handle large volumes of packages in a fast-paced environment.
Ensure packages are correctly entered into the shipping system.
Act as back up for Embroidery Associates when needed.
Participate in training classes and actively seek professional development.
Help out in other areas when needed and when time allows.

Required education/skills/experience:

High school diploma or equivalent.

0-1 years of experience in a similar field.
Experience working in a fast-paced production environment.
Prior date entry and computer experience.
Previous inventory or shipping experience preferred.
Ability to lift 50 pounds.
