What You’ll Do • Monitor pool safety and enforce rules • Respond to emergencies • Support members and guests • Promote a safe, welcoming environment QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For • Age 15+ • Strong swimmer (we’ll train and certify you for FREE!) • Reliable and customer-focused • Positive, safety-first mindset
