HR Business Partner

WHAT YOU WILL DO
In this role, you'll be a key HR partner to both managers and employees, with a primary focus on talent acquisition and onboarding. You'll also play an important role in employee relations, learning & development, and day-to-day HR operations. Here is what you can expect to be working on:

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for a high volume of hourly roles, as well as salaried positions as needed
• Create a welcoming and consistent onboarding experience for new hires
• Conduct stay and exit interviews to help us continuously improve retention
• Partner with managers on employee relations matters with professionalism and sound judgment
• Support training and development initiatives that help our people grow
• Contribute to HR operations including HRIS management, reporting, policy development, and process improvement
• Participate in employee committees and help shape our workplace culture

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
• 2–3 years of progressive HR experience, including recruiting, employee relations, training, and HRIS
• Solid knowledge of employment law (FLSA, FMLA, EEO, ADA, etc.)
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Someone who leads with integrity and keeps confidentiality at the forefront
• A continuous learner who approaches challenges with curiosity and openness — you know that the best solutions often come from collaboration and a willingness to evolve

YOU WILL STAND OUT IF YOU HAVE:

• SHRM-CP or PHR certification
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now
