Warehouse - Full Time M-F 1st Shift
Overview:
The Returns Processing Associate is responsible for receiving, inspecting, and processing returned merchandise within the warehouse. This role ensures all return transactions are handled accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with company policies to support inventory accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Open cartons and inspect returned items for condition and accuracy of item sent
- Verify documentation or create necessary paperwork to verify customer information and reason codes
- Make decisions on disposition of product based on company guidelines and training provided
- Repackage items for restocking when needed
- XL area involves picking products to fill orders out of warehouse locations
- Running a make-to-size carton maker when needed for orders
- Palletizing orders based on carrier designation
- Help and assist in other areas, dictated by workflow needs

Required education, skills, abilities, and experience:
- Previous warehouse or return processing experience preferred, but will train
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to make decisions as needed
- Basic computer skills
- Use of a pallet jack and hand stacking cartons on a pallet
- Dependable attendance & work ethic is required
- Willing to work independently and within a team atmosphere
- Available for extra hours as needed
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to stand or walk for the duration of the workday
- Must be able to handle cartons up to 25 pounds
- Comfortable with a utility knife for opening cartons
- Comfortable working in a warehouse or production area
