TURRET OPERATOR

Titan Air, LLLP, is an essential business creating custom heating and air conditioning equipment servicing customers throughout the United States.

QUALIFICATIONS

Successful candidate will:

· Work with sheet metal and structural steel

· Learn, read, understand, and fabricate steel structures from AutoCad drawings

· Be able to read and apply tape measure readings

· Be able to operate power tools as required

· Be self-motivated, reliable and able to work well with others

· Be able to work efficiently in manufacturing environment

· Be thorough and pay attention to detail

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

1. Verify work orders with blueprints, materials, and production schedule.

2. Communicate with and assist other workers in work area.

3. Load material into the machine, pull program files, and keep the machine running smoothly.

4. Assist in identifying and resolving quality issues.

5. Perform necessary quality checks as required.

6. Follow all safety precautions and use protective equipment as required.

7. Identify and immediately correct any safety hazards in work area.

8. Ability to work with others and alone in a safe and acceptable manner

9. Perform any other duties as assigned.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand on hard surfaces for long periods of time and walk frequently; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus, particularly related to the ability to observe fine defects. Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally.
