Full-Time Physical Therapist
$5,000 Sign-On Bonus
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team. Whether you're an experienced clinician or a new graduate beginning your career, we'd love to hear from you! This full-time position provides therapy services at both Dove Healthcare Osseo and Dove Healthcare South, offering the opportunity to work with a diverse resident population across two skilled nursing communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and treat residents with a variety of orthopedic, neurological, and medical conditions.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans to maximize mobility, function, and independence.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and other members of the interdisciplinary team.
  • Complete timely and accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory and payer requirements.
  • Educate residents, families, and caregivers on treatment plans, safety, and home exercise programs.
  • Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) as appropriate.
Qualifications
  • Licensed Physical Therapist in good standing
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred, not required
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Passion for patient-centered care and team collaboration
  • Ability to manage responsibilities across multiple sites
