Affirmed Home Care is actively hiring Certified Home Health Aides for 6–12 hour shifts, with flexible scheduling and opportunities for quick placement.

HHA RESPONSIBILITIES

As an HHA, you will help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with personal care and activities of daily living
• Providing medication reminders
• Preparing simple meals
• Performing light housekeeping
• Offering companionship and emotional support
• Helping maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid NYS HHA Certificate
• Minimum 1 year of HHA experience
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Current medical documentation, including:
  • Physical examination
  • PPD/QuantiFERON or Chest X-ray
  • MMR documentation
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
