As the Restoration Manager, you will oversee all aspects of projects and crews ensuring excellent customer service and quality work. This front-line management position leads their team to operational excellence.聽
聽
Key Responsibilities
路聽 聽 聽 聽 聽Ensure an accurate scope of work for restoration projects and prepare statements of work utilizing industry specific estimating software.
路聽 聽 聽 聽 聽Negotiate with customers and/or clients for approval of restoration activities
路聽 聽 聽 聽 聽Schedule, coordinate and oversee crews, assests, and subcontractors to provide service on active projects to include subcontractors
路聽 聽 聽 聽 聽Review job site documentation to support the services provided and ensure proper client requirements and billing process
路聽 聽 聽 聽 聽Maintain all communications with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representatives 聽
路聽 聽 聽 聽 聽Manage production expenses including labor, equipment, vehicles, and other assets
路聽 聽 聽 聽 聽Manage the customer and client experience and overall satisfaction Provide priority response to potential customers, as needed.
路聽 聽 聽 聽 聽 聽Actively engage in recruiting, hiring, and training restoration teammates

Position Requirements
路聽 聽 聽 聽 聽High school diploma/GED; Associate degree or Bachelor鈥檚 degree preferred聽
路聽 聽 聽 聽 聽Valid driver鈥檚 license
路聽 聽 聽 聽 聽At least 1 year of management and/or supervisory experience
路聽 聽 聽 聽 聽At least 3 years of industry experience
路聽 聽 聽 聽 聽IICRC certification a preferred
聽
Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies
路聽 聽 聽 聽 聽Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
路聽 聽 聽 聽 聽Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
路聽 聽 聽 聽 聽Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
路聽 聽 聽 聽 聽Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
聽
Pay starts at $50,000 annually based on experience, plus commissions.
聽
