Job Summary
 We are seeking a detail-oriented team member to support precision assembly and soldering of electronic components on circuit boards. This role plays an important part in ensuring product quality and reliability.
While hands-on assembly is a key component, this position also offers opportunities to build skills in quality awareness, process consistency, and technical craftsmanship. Training will be provided, making this a great opportunity for individuals looking to expand their capabilities in a specialized manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform precision assembly and soldering of small electronic components
- Work with microscopes and fine tools to ensure accuracy and quality
- Follow detailed work instructions, diagrams, and verbal guidance
- Complete required documentation accurately and consistently
- Maintain focus and consistency in a production environment
- Contribute to quality standards and continuous improvement efforts
What We’re Looking For
- Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to work with very small parts and distinguish colors clearly
- Comfort working under a microscope for extended periods
- Steady hands and attention to fine detail
- Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit or remain stationary for extended periods
- Frequent bending, twisting, and looking downward into a microscope
- Occasional lifting as needed within the work area
