Job Summary

The Process Engineer develops, optimizes, and supports high-quality PCBA manufacturing processes, driving efficiency, reliability, and continuous improvement across operations.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Improve manufacturing quality and efficiency using data-driven, cross-functional approaches
  • Develop and maintain PFMEAs and implement risk-reduction actions
  • Perform Design for Manufacturability (DFM) reviews for new products
  • Plan and execute Design of Experiments (DOE) for processes and equipment
  • Designfixturingto reduce risk and improve quality
  • Create andmaintaindetailed work instructions
  • Support production in resolving issues and preventing recurrence
  • Implement LEAN principles to reduce waste
  • Support capital equipmentselection, qualification, and implementation
  • Write and execute Operational Qualification (OQ) protocols
  • Apply IPC-A-610 requirements for acceptability of electronic assemblies
  • Train production operators as needed
  • Support customer corrective actions
  • Serve as subject matter expert (SME) for assigned processes/equipment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of PCBAs and electroniccomponentpackages
  • Strong attention to detail and continuousimprovementmindset
  • IPC-A-610 certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

This is not a remote position.
