Job SummaryĀ
TheĀ Non-Acute Pharmaceutical SalesĀ teamĀ is responsible forĀ growing and servicing the Non-Acute ASC Market, National accounts and aĀ portionĀ of the strategic physician office customersĀ selling pharmaceuticalĀ distribution.Ā Ā AsĀ aĀ Non-Acute Pharmaceutical SalesĀ RepresentativeĀ beĀ a part of the fast-paced sales team- responsible for winning,Ā maintainingĀ and growing customer relationships. ThisĀ role is a mix ofĀ direct sales, account management andĀ customer serviceĀ andĀ is responsible forĀ day-to-day activities like order resolution, placement, and account maintenance asĀ wellĀ customer initiatives, sales presentations and more.Ā
Territory:Ā Ā Predominantly Southeast United States. Can live in Eastern or Central time zone. This role will be 100% remote.
Responsibilities:Ā
Complete remote solution-based concept training to include assessment of knowledge to ensure retention and ability to apply methodologies.Ā
Responsible for the management and growth ofĀ assignedĀ strategic groups consisting of clinics and ambulatory surgery centers.Ā
Responsible for cultivating andĀ maintainingĀ on-going customer relationships with an assigned set of customers and strategic accounts.Ā
Provides new and existing customers with the best possible service and recommendations in relation to billing inquiries, service requests, improvements to internal and external processes, and other areas of opportunity.Ā
Provides product service information to customers andĀ identifiesĀ upselling opportunities toĀ maintainĀ and increase income streams from customer relationships.Ā
Utilizes CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Atlas) to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and report on performance metrics, leading to improved forecastingĀ accuracyĀ
Complete all required administrative tasks including expense management, new business forms, etc.Ā
Maintain knowledge of the current industry/competitive landscapeĀ including,Ā healthcare economics, reimbursement,Ā competitorsĀ and competitive products etc.Ā

Qualifications:Ā
Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferredĀ
PreviousĀ documentedĀ account management,Ā sales experience or course work aligned to marketing or sales, preferred.Ā Ā Sales internships or sales competitions a plusĀ
