Working closely with behavioral health leadership, you will help address day-to-day health needs, participate in the team on-call rotation, and provide direct support when needed to ensure continuous, high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in agency safety programs, including emergency response, evacuation, and disaster procedures.

Direct Support & Team Collaboration

  • Provide direct support coverage and fulfill Residential Technician duties as assigned to maintain program operations and staff-to-client ratios.

  • Participate in the team on-call rotation and assist with shift coverage in a financially responsible manner to minimize unnecessary overtime.

  • Maintain clear communication with supervisors and team members regarding client care, trends, and site conditions.

  • Education: Associate's Degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field preferred (equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered).

  • Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of experience working in a Substance Use Disorder (SUD) residential treatment environment or similar behavioral health setting.
