Assistant Manager

What You’ll Do:
- Welcome and assist prospective residents in person and over the phoneÂ
- Conduct engaging tours and follow up with leadsÂ
- Prepare move-in files and ensure apartments are move-in readyÂ
- Receive, record, and deposit rent and fees dailyÂ
- Post payments, process refunds, and reconcile ledgersÂ
- Manage delinquencies and initiate eviction processes as neededÂ
- Prepare and distribute resident statements and utility billingÂ
- Complete daily, weekly, and month-end financial reportsÂ
- Assist with audits and ensure financial accuracyÂ
- Support leasing efforts and respond to resident inquiriesÂ
- Maintain confidentiality of all financial and resident informationÂ
- Assist the Property Manager with staff oversight and operationsÂ
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and proceduresÂ
Requirements
 What You’ll Bring:
- 1+ years of sales experience in a Class A or luxury community property
- Strong financial and administrative skillsÂ
- Ability to work weekends on a team rotation
- Ability to handle cash and manage confidential informationÂ
- Excellent communication and organizational abilitiesÂ
- Ability to handle difficult conversations
- Proficiency in data entry and reportingÂ
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environmentÂ
- Knowledge of fair housing laws and property operationsÂ
- High school diploma or GED required (or 6+ months of relevant experience)Â
