Product Specialist – Job Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming, professional experience for every guest from the moment they arrive.
- Help guests find the right vehicle by demonstrating features, benefits, and technology during test drives.
- Stay up to date on product knowledge, new model features, and manufacturer updates so you can confidently answer customer questions.
- Introduce guests to the technology and features of their new vehicle at delivery, making sure they feel comfortable before they leave.
- Follow up with guests after delivery to ensure they're happy with their purchase and answer any additional questions.
- Travel to customers' homes or other agreed-upon locations when needed to provide vehicle deliveries or product demonstrations.
- Work closely with the Sales and Service teams to provide a smooth, seamless customer experience.
- Make sure every vehicle is fully prepared and meets all delivery standards before the customer takes ownership.
- Transport vehicles between dealerships as needed.
- Help keep the new and used vehicle inventory clean, organized, and displayed according to dealership standards.
- Create and maintain vehicle key tags and other inventory-related materials.
- Jump in wherever needed and assist with other duties as assigned by management.
