Examinetics is looking for someone with a passion for customer service to join our growing Client Success team as a Client Success Manager. We need someone to become a well-rounded expert and assist clients with their occupational health programs. Client Success Managers are the liaison between clients and our internal teams (including operations, medical teams, and data processing) to ensure the timely & successful delivery of our services according to customer needs.
The role is a key driver to support our goal to deliver industry-leading client experience and drive high client retention rates by ensuring our clients are satisfied and are aware of our full portfolio. In this role, you will also support the sales team with new business and welcome new clients by delivering onboard presentations for new contacts.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for an assigned client list and the communication liaison between those clients and our internal teams.
- Routinely work with clients to build strong relationships that maintain satisfaction, ensure correct services are delivered, and provide information about new products and services.
- Run client status meetings and communicate with clients as needed for routine check-in or special projects.
- Conduct training to drive early engagement during onboarding with new clients.
- Help all clients with inbound inquiries, issue resolution, problems, and complaints.
- Document all interactions accurately utilizing Salesforce CRM and other tools.
- Occasionally assist sales team with new business pitches and request for proposals.
- Help manage projects such as product and service improvements.
- Drive internal client reviews.
Qualifications:
 Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 5-7 years’ experience managing client accounts.
- Demonstrated experience in account planning and maintaining & growing customer relationships.
- 1-3 years CRM system use.
