We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Client Training Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our website and software clients. As a Client Training Specialist, you will guide clients through the onboarding process, gather all necessary materials, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a fantastic onboarding experience for our software and website clients. Your exceptional communication and organizational skills will play a key role in setting our clients up for long-term success.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients during the onboarding process.
  • Conduct kickoff meetings to explain the onboarding process, set expectations, and address client questions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a positive experience during the onboarding process. 
  • Work closely with clients to gather all required materials, including data, logos, images, content, branding guidelines, and any other assets needed for their website or software.
  • Provide clear instructions and templates to streamline material submission.
  • Ensure all materials meet project standards and deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, materials, and project statuses using our CRM or project management tools.
  • Prepare regular reports on onboarding progress and client feedback for the Success Associate Team Lead.

 

What You Bring to the Team

  • Experience in client onboarding, account management, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in using CRM and project management tools (Hubspot and JIRA) 
  • Familiarity with website development processes and terminology is a plus.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to addressing client needs and challenges.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
