As a Financial Advisor, you’ll be the trusted advisor clients turn to for clarity, confidence, and long-term financial direction. Compensation is base plus commission.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Guide clients with confidence: Provide expert advice on retirement planning, tax-conscious strategies, portfolio design, and investment suitability.
- Grow a thriving portfolio: Sell and purchase securities aligned with clients’ evolving goals—corporations, banks, individuals, partnerships, foundations, and trust customers.
- Be the go-to investment expert: Break down market trends, analyze product options, and help clients understand how to position their portfolios for today’s economy.
- Maintain exceptional service standards: Answer market questions, appraise portfolios, and coordinate solutions with internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Drive your own success: Build and execute a personal marketing plan to attract new clients, deepen existing relationships, and meet or exceed your goals.
- Contribute to a winning team: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve departmental and company-wide objectives.
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of investment, financial advising, or related experience
- A strong sales instinct and proven ability to negotiate financial products
- A customer-focused mindset with high trustworthiness, professionalism, and communication skills
- A desire to grow, perform, and be known as a top producer
Required Credentials
- Bachelor’s degree; advanced education or certifications preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Current Series 7
- Series 66 (or 63 + 65)
- State of Kansas life insurance license
