The Healthcare Operations Coordinator is responsible for providing program and initiative support across WellSky. This individual will be responsible for supporting our relationship with clients, particularly around the quality of Payer letters, regulated by CMS. They will work closely with Quality and Compliance and other Clinical Operational teams to ensure alignment with Payer and CMS requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Payer Client initiatives during Payer launches and ongoing quality assurance reviews.   
  • Provide coordination and support for various programs and initiatives, including assisting with development and administration of programs. 
  • Support program requirements at multiple stages through successful completion by meeting all deadlines, executing assigned project-related tasks, and accomplishing defined deliverables. 
  • Maintain accurate documentation, collateral, and reporting to support program operations and goals. 
  • Troubleshoot and research best practices to provide process improvement and issue resolution, which includes being involved in user acceptance testing (UAT). 
  • Conduct quality audits to support quality improvement initiatives.  
  • Be involved in CMS and accreditation audits such as with NCQA.  
  • Perform other job duties as assigned. 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • At least 0-2 years of relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in healthcare and/or a healthcare setting
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft products.
  • Exceptional attention to detaildemonstrated ability to adapt quickly to regulatory changes and client requests, and ensuring downstream teams are aligned. 
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed
  • Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information
  • Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
