SUMMARY

Completes work on vacant units for move-ins by performing the following duties: 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Help manage day to day maintenance operations. Offers clerical support to management team. Helps manage office procedures and scheduling.
  • Manage move in/out keys and dates, scheduled vendors.
  • Manage resident requests via Happy co.
  • Manage Service Technicians with service requests. Maintaining proper order of requests, scheduling future work with residents.
  • Complete statement of deposit accounting on move outs after assessing damages.
  • Assisting with supply orders and generating PO’s, processing invoices for maintenance related items.
  • Pre-walk move-in units to ensure the highest standard/quality possible
  • Schedule vendors for turn units
  • Complete move-in inspections with the new resident, ensuring all concerns are taken care of
  • Taking the lead on assisting residents with potential problems
  • Assisting the administrative department with clerical duties, such as organizing work schedules. Provide call backs for quality of work insurance.
  • Processing work orders, organizing invoices, and assisting admin staff with payroll.
  • Performing office duties, such as answering phones, emails, sending notices and replying to messages.
  • Managing daily office operations and maintaining an organized work environment.
  • Facilitating communication between management and residents.
  • Overseeing and interpreting the company's administrative policies and procedures.


EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 6 months to 1 year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 

 

LANGUAGE SKILLS

  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to speak effectively with residents one-on-one or groups of employees. 

 

REASONING ABILITY

  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
  • Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
