About the Role

We are hiring a client-facing Project Manager to lead software implementation projects and consulting delivery for enterprise clients.

As a Project Manager at Qualitas, you will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, including project planning, resource management, stakeholder communication, and execution. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and at a high level of quality.

This role requires strong leadership, accountability, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage client-facing software implementation projects from initiation through completion

  • Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans and resource allocations

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (consultants, developers, stakeholders)

  • Serve as the primary client point-of-contact, managing communication and expectations

  • Track project performance, including timelines, budgets, and resource utilization

  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies

  • Drive accountability across the team to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery

  • Manage scope changes and change orders as project needs evolve

  • Oversee the creation and quality of client-facing deliverables

  • Support and mentor junior consultants and team members

  • Contribute to process improvement and operational initiatives

  • Stay current on Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), legal technology, and software implementation best practices

  • Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and leadership

Required Qualifications

  • Experience as a Project Manager in software implementation, consulting, or technology environments

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities simultaneously

  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on accountability and execution

  • Excellent communication skills with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams

  • Experience managing client relationships and stakeholder expectations

  • Ability to navigate scope, timelines, and difficult project conversations

  • Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Smartsheet, or similar)

  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

  • High attention to detail and ability to follow through on deliverables

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Willingness to travel up to 15%

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Enterprise Legal Management (ELM), or legal technology platforms

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Finance, or related field

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar certification
