Position Details:
Talent Sourcing and AttractionĀ
Proactively source diverse candidates using a variety of platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, social media, networking).Ā
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.Ā
Employ creative sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, employee referrals, and networking events.Ā
Screening and Candidate AssessmentĀ
Review resumes and conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.Ā
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless process.Ā
Administer pre-employment assessments as needed and reference verifications.Ā
Relationship ManagementĀ
Build strong relationships with candidates, providing timely feedback and updates throughout the recruitment process.Ā
Partner with hiring managers to align recruitment efforts with organizational needs and objectives.Ā
Act as a liaison between candidates, hiring managers, and HR, ensuring clear communication and a positive candidate experience.Ā
Recruitment Strategy and CollaborationĀ
Collaborate with the advertising department to post job openings and recommend effective advertising strategies.Ā
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring activities.Ā
Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics, candidate pipeline, and sourcing effectiveness to management.Ā
Promote and encourage the hiring of diverse candidates.Ā
Compliance and AdministrationĀ
Document all candidate communications and recruitment activities accurately in the applicant tracking system.Ā
Ensure that all recruitment practices comply with labor laws and company policies.Ā
Support various HR functions, including assisting with onboarding and contributing to talent strategy initiatives.Ā
