We are seeking an enthusiastic and extroverted Business Development Representative to join our sales team.  As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities by reaching out to prospective clients. This is an entry-level position that provides a great opportunity to build your career in sales and business development. If you’re energetic, goal-oriented, and enjoy speaking with people, we want to hear from you!


What You’ll Do:

  • Make 80-100+ outbound cold calls daily to new prospective clients.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.
  • Clearly communicate the value of our software solutions to potential customers.
  • Use CRM tools to document and track all prospect interactions and updates.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation goals.


What You Bring to the Team: 

  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional phone demeanor.
  • Resilience and a positive attitude in handling rejection.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and grow within the company.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software tools and technologies.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Previous sales, customer service, or cold-calling experience is a plus but not required.
