Workplace Experience Associate
What this job involves:
As a Workplace Experience Associate at JLL, you will help create a welcoming, organized, and high-performing workplace environment that supports employees, clients, and visitors throughout the day. This role is centered on delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring shared spaces including break areas, social hubs, conference rooms, print areas, and mail services operate seamlessly and reflect workplace standards. You will collaborate across teams to support meetings, events, and daily operations while helping foster an environment where everyone is empowered to thrive. What your day-to-day will look like:
Welcome employees, guests, and vendors with professionalism and enthusiasm while providing assistance, workplace orientation, and responsive customer support.
Monitor and maintain break areas, social hubs, conference rooms, print stations, and surrounding spaces to ensure they remain clean, organized, stocked, and aligned with workplace standards.
Support meeting and conference room setups while partnering with internal teams to proactively prepare spaces and resolve operational needs.
Coordinate mailroom activities including sorting incoming mail, distributing packages, preparing outgoing shipments, and creating shipping labels.
Order, stock, and maintain office and workplace supplies to support uninterrupted daily operations.
Create and track work orders related to custodial, maintenance, safety, or security concerns through appropriate systems and channels.
Provide administrative support including scanning, imaging, filing, archiving documents, and other ad hoc operational tasks.
Serve as backup reception support when needed, helping maintain a seamless and professional front-of-house experience.
Collaborate with workplace services and facilities teams to help create a safe, comfortable, and inclusive work environment where teams can do their best work.
Required qualifications:
High school diploma or GED equivalent with at least two years of related workplace, hospitality, administrative, or customer service experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and build positive working relationships across functions.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel, along with the ability to use scheduling and communication tools.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to identify issues, solve problems efficiently, and make sound decisions under time-sensitive conditions.
Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions, correspondence, and workplace communications.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks associated with workplace operations.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience supporting workplace services, hospitality, facilities, mailroom, or office operations in a corporate environment.
Familiarity with conference room technology, workplace service systems, or shipping and receiving processes.
Experience coordinating meetings, events, or workplace activities with attention to detail and service excellence.
Strong sense of ownership and accountability with the ability to work independently when needed.
Comfortable adapting to changing priorities and supporting multiple teams throughout the workday.
Experience contributing to collaborative workplace cultures that value inclusivity, wellbeing, and teamwork.
Ability to anticipate workplace needs proactively and deliver thoughtful, solutions-oriented support.
Interest in growing within a dynamic workplace environment where innovative ways of working are encouraged.
Location: The job must be performed at a client’s office Addison, Texas office.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30am - 5pm
