Position Type: Full-time – 2nd Shift (Afternoon)

What You’ll Do:

• Support a positive, caring environment aligned with residents’ physical, social, and emotional needs

• Assist with daily activities while encouraging resident independence (mobility, dining, grooming, toileting)

• Observe, document, and communicate resident health and wellbeing

• Supervise self-medication administration and assist with treatments/procedures as trained

• Participate in meaningful activity programs and help residents stay active and engaged

• Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow infection control standards

• Attend ongoing training to grow your skills

What We’re Looking For:

• Current Florida CNA certification (or proof of reciprocity application)

• 4-hour Medication Administration Certificate preferred but on-the-job training is available

• Current CPR card

• HIV/AIDS training per state regulations

• Basic computer skills and professional judgment in caregiving situations
