Location: Owatonna, MN
Shift: 2nd shift, Monday - Friday
Your Responsibilities:
Supervises facilities, maintenance and electrical technicians engaged in equipment installation, equipment troubleshooting and repair, building and grounds maintenance, and preventative maintenance
May supervise tool room employees
Collaborates with management to schedule repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment to ensure continuous production operations
Collaborates with site management to plan equipment layout, workflow, and accident prevention measures to maintain effective and safe utilization of plant facilities and equipment
Develops and oversees preventive maintenance program and coordinates implementation with Production management
Provides technical expertise to ensure equipment meets operational standards and is in conformance with OSHA regulations
May oversee or coordinate facility communication and/or security systems
Completes employee performance evaluations and has the ability to address performance related matters
Reviews and Closes completed work orders to proper standards in maintenance management software
Responds to emergencies and supports after hours facility needs and activities as required
Participates as a lead of the emergency response team. Assist outside emergency response teams
Observes, complies with and holds team accountable to Company safety procedures at all times
Your Qualifications:
Associate’s Degree or Equivalent in a related field
3+ years of related experience/training
1+ year of supervisory experience (preferred)

The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $73,300.00 - $120,700.00 in Minnesota. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
