Marthaler Honda is hiring a full-time Automotive Sales & Finance Consultant. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys helping customers, building relationships, and guiding people through the vehicle-buying and financing process. What You’ll Do:
• Assist customers throughout the vehicle-buying experience from initial contact through delivery.
• Listen to customer needs and help match them with the right vehicle, options, and financing solutions.
• Explain vehicle features, pricing, trade-in options, and available products in a clear and professional manner.
• Support the finance process by gathering information, helping prepare paperwork, and working closely with the finance team.
• Follow up with customers by phone, email, and in person to provide excellent service and build long-term relationships.
• Maintain a strong understanding of available inventory, dealership processes, and customer programs.
• Contribute to team goals while creating a positive, low-pressure customer experience.
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Sales, retail, customer service, automotive, or finance experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00–$100,000.00 per year

Preferred Experience:
• Retail sales: 1 year preferred
• Customer service: 1 year preferred
• Finance: 1 year preferred
• Automotive sales or dealership experience preferred, but not required
