Description

This position is for a Front Desk Coordinator who supports the mission of “Saving Lives, Instilling Hope and Restoring Relationships” in an integrated team with patients receiving counseling, case management and medically assisted treatment. The Front Desk Coordinator responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  •  Answer phones with courtesy and professionalism
  •  Opening of clinic and greeting patients ensuring patient hospitality and cleanliness
  •  Providing comfort care to patients and significant other(s)
  •  Schedule follow-up appointments for patients face-to-face, via phone, and document in medical record
  •  Assuring cleanliness of front desk and lobby
  •  Patient flow coordination with all members of multidisciplinary team
  •  Maintain filing of patient records
  •  Proficient computer manageability for scheduling, changing or canceling appointments and required documentation
  •  Perform daily financial summary and balance of payments received
  •  Ordering, organizing and stocking of educational materials
  •  Collaboration with all members of the team to enhance patient experience and continuity of care
  •  Assisting the team in ensuring accountability of treatment program and patient compliance
  •  Assuring compliance with HIPPA and CFR 42 part 2 regulations

Requirements

Education:

  •  Graduation from an accredited high school or GED.

Experience:

  •  Medical and office administration experience
  •  Customer Service experience with proven record of attention to details
