Your Day-to-Day
- Support the Owensboro R&D Analytical Laboratory by translating business requirements into technical solutions, including design, deployment, maintenance, and support of laboratory IT systems.
- Serve as the primary IT lead for laboratory platforms, including LabVantage LIMS, Agilent CDS/ECM, Chromeleon Enterprise System, SmartVue, EMS, Mettler EasyDirect, OMNIS, and Skala.
- Support implementation of new laboratory systems, digital initiatives, and AI-enabled technologies.
- Gather business and technical requirements, define project scope and deliverables, and drive process improvements.
- Deploy and localize global IT solutions.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing support for daily laboratory operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, GxP requirements, and regulatory expectations.
- Perform routine laboratory testing and analyses as needed.
Who We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3+ years of IT service management experience in a laboratory or manufacturing environment.
- Experience within a multinational organization.
- Pharmaceutical and/or medical device manufacturing experience preferred.
- Knowledge of GMP, GAMP, and Computer System Validation (CSV) preferred.
- Fluent in English.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Annual Base Salary
$80,000 - $100,000
