Description
This position requires an active State Physical Therapist (PT) license. Applicants without a current PT license or who do not meet the qualifications to earn licensure will not be considered.
HTS is currently seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at a highly-rated senior living community in Owensboro, KY, offering skilled nursing, long-term care, memory care, assisted and independent living. Work with a variety of conditions and diagnoses in a large, well-equipped therapy gym.
Position Details:
· Part-time: approximately 15 - 20 hours per week.
· Preferably 5 days per week, but may be some flexibility.
· Competitive hourly rate.

Requirements
Applicants must have an active Kentucky Physical Therapist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Kentucky license. These qualifications include earning an advanced degree from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education-accredited physical therapist education program, passing the state licensure exam, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure.
Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
