We are seeking a qualified and passionate Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to join our clinic-based team. The SLP will assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders. The ideal candidate is collaborative, student-centered, and committed to supporting each child’s ability to communicate effectively in the clinic setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations and write formal diagnostic reports.
- Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings.
- Consult and collaborate with families to support student communication needs in the clinic.
- Document and track student progress toward goals.
- Support literacy, social skills, and language development initiatives.
- Supervise and support other clinicians.
- Provide training and resources to staff regarding communication disorders.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid Maryland Speech-Language Pathology License.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
