We are seeking a qualified and passionate Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to join our clinic-based team. The SLP will assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders. The ideal candidate is collaborative, student-centered, and committed to supporting each child’s ability to communicate effectively in the clinic setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations and write formal diagnostic reports.
  • Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings.
  • Consult and collaborate with families to support student communication needs in the clinic.
  • Document and track student progress toward goals.
  • Support literacy, social skills, and language development initiatives.
  • Supervise and support other clinicians.
  • Provide training and resources to staff regarding communication disorders.
Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Valid Maryland Speech-Language Pathology License.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
