Role Summary
Leverages a general knowledge of T. Rowe Price retirement plan offerings and services and provides a wide variety of basic trainings. Participates in and performs product demonstrations. Becomes familiar with the roles and responsibilities of internal colleagues and services. Engages in cross-training with client education (training) team to grow knowledge of various retirement products. May be supervised by more senior staff.
Responsibilities
- Delivers trainings to small and medium-sized clients on a variety of products and offerings and has a broader understanding of retirement products.
- Communicates with clients to discuss and determine training needs. Develops understanding around clients' plans and may partner with client to review training plan. May provide input into the development of events to support customization if needed. Works with more senior professionals to develop plan presentations.
- Completes follow-up activities with clients; leverages tools to measure success of learning offerings and programs. Receives and shares feedback from clients in a continual effort to improve the overall user learning experience.
- Works to resolve a wide variety of basic issues with appropriate internal function(s) or client; escalates complex issues or training requests when customization is required.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND
- 2+ years of total relevant work experience
Preferred:
- Bilingual - Spanish Speaking
- Strong presentation skills

Work Flexibility
This role is eligible for full time remote work.
Base Salary Ranges

$61,000.00 - $103,000.00 for the location of: Maryland, Colorado, Washington and remote workers$67,500.00 - $113,000.00 for the location of: Washington, D.C.
$76,500.00 - $128,000.00 for the location of: New York, California
Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role. Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.Â
