We bring the showroom to the customer's front door with our Mobile Flooring Showroom — no cold retail floor, no waiting for foot traffic. You'll sit down with homeowners in their own homes, walk them through beautiful flooring options, and help them see exactly what their space can become.

What You'll Actually Be Doing
- Running in-home design consultations that feel more like a design session than a sales pitch
- Building genuine trust with homeowners and guiding them to the right flooring choice
- Balancing style, function, and budget to recommend solutions people love
- Closing sales by showing clear value, not pressure
- Owning your proposals, follow-ups, and project details start to finish
- Partnering with our installation team for a seamless customer experience
- Growing your own pipeline through referrals and repeat business
What Winning Looks Like

Who Thrives Here
- 2+ years of sales experience in flooring, interior design, or construction (required)
- A natural at building trust fast, with real communication skills
- Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable owning your schedule
- Tech-comfortable and independent
- Valid driver's license
