Job Title: Executive Assistant
FLSA Status: Full-Time, Exempt

Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000
Location: Towson, MD
Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant to serve as a strategic partner to two C-suite executives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. This role requires exceptional judgment, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs while keeping complex priorities moving forward seamlessly.
Experience
- 5–10+ years supporting C-suite executives in fast-paced environmentsÂ
- Proven success managing complex, high-volume calendarsÂ

- Manages multiple priorities simultaneously while staying several steps aheadÂ
- Anticipates needs, removes obstacles, and creates structure so executive can operate at full effectiveness.
Discretion & Professionalism
- Handles highly sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalismÂ
Adaptability
- Composed under pressure; able to pivot quickly in dynamic environmentsÂ
Technology
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and TeamsÂ
- Comfortable with travel booking and expense management systemsÂ
- Produces polished, executive-ready documents and presentationsÂ
Flexibility & Responsiveness
- Willing to operate on a nontraditional schedule as neededÂ
- Highly responsive with strong judgment on urgency and prioritizationÂ
- Maintains accuracy and professionalism under tight timelinesÂ
Preferred
- Experience supporting multiple senior executivesÂ
- Strong organizational awareness; able to navigate relationships and move work forward efficiently
