Executive AssistantÂ
Charm City Therapy/Foundations ABA is seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant to support leadership and help drive key operational initiatives across the organization.
This role goes beyond traditional administrative support. The right candidate will act as a strategic partner, helping coordinate projects, improve systems, and ensure the organization runs smoothly as we continue to grow. Over time, this role has the potential to expand into a quasi-managerial position overseeing operational workflows and special projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Support executive leadership with scheduling, communications, and coordination
- Manage and track operational projects from planning through completion
- Prepare documents, reports, and internal communications
- Coordinate across administrative teams (scheduling, billing, recruiting, front office)
- Identify inefficiencies and help improve internal systems and processes
- Assist with special projects and organizational initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Exceptionally organized with strong follow-through
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to think independently and solve problems
- High level of professionalism and discretion
- Experience supporting senior leadership or managing complex administrative operations preferred
